In case of a system composed of one master ECU and at least two slaves ECUs communication via CAN, there are cases when the CAN communication with one/more of the ECUs fails. In this case, the slave ECU(s) unable to communicate with the master has to be able to enter in the Stand alone state, providing usually a set of basic functionalities.
The tasks of this summer practice project are: create an ECU network communicating via CAN composed of one Master ECU and at least two slave ECUs (boards with NEC 70f3441 controller would be available)
System requirements: 1) System has to be composed: one main ECU and at least 2 slaves ECU 2) Communication has to be CAN 3) Each slave ECU has to be able to send data via CAN acquired from internal ADC to main ECU 4) Main ECU has to be able to send commands to slave ECU 5) Each ECU must have states: sleep, normal, power off 6) In case of main ECU fails, the slave ECU has to be able to compute his command and send it to the rest of ECUs 7) In case of one slave ECU fails, the main ECU has to recognize and inform the rest of slave ECU
