If so, we are looking for an Agile Innovation and Operations Intern to join our Agile team!

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with Agile Coaches and Facilitators on various initiatives across various projects and teams.
• You will work closely with Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and the People Experience Team.
• Help us throw the coolest tech events, e.g., hackathons, coding dojos, and innovation workshops! From planning to promoting, you'll be right in the mix.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions to gain insights into innovation methods and Agile practices.
• Understand the Agile methods and frameworks and help us create easy-to-understand guides and documents so everyone can stay on the same page about our Agile way of working.
• You’ll coordinate with the other interns for different innovation initiatives.

• You're curious and love learning new things.
• You are up to date with the latest tools that make our lives and work easier (eg. chatGPT)
• You’re a tech enthusiast who also loves socializing and is curious about how people function (behaviors and motivations).
• You're organized but are bold in jumping into the fun chaos of our multiple initiatives.
