Job Summary:

We’re looking for an AI Systems Engineer to join our team and drive the adoption of Arcanna’s solutions across a growing customer base. In this role, you’ll work directly with prospective clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our platform, and support smooth integration into their production environments.

You’ll serve as a key technical advisor throughout the full new client onboarding cycle, from demos and proof-of-concepts to production-ready implementations. Your work will be pivotal in delivering long-term value to customers and establishing Arcanna as an essential part of their operations.

Responsibilities:

You will be part of the following activities:

• Solution Design: Understand customer needs and enviroment to embed Arcanna into NOC/SOC workflows.
• Implementation & Integration: Deploy and configure Arcanna instances; integrate with existing systems such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR or NMS.
• Automation & Customization: Configure playbooks and AI Agents to solve customer-specific use cases.
• Proof of Concept Delivery: Participate PoCs and pilots, making sure that Arcanna is validated against customer KPIs and operational requirements.
• Use Case Engineering: Translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Testing & Validation: Create and maintain lab environments to validate integrations, simulate incidents, and benchmark performance.
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team with presentations, technical demos, workshops, RFP responses, and architecture reviews.
• Customer Enablement: Deliver workshops, documentation, and training to NOC/SOC analysts, engineers, and managers.
• Feedback Loop: Capture field insights and feed them into the product roadmap, acting as the customer’s technical voice inside Arcanna.
• Ongoing support: Build a trust relationship with the customers, continuing as a long term advisor also for post-implementation period.

About you:

• Passionate about AI and networking or cybersecurity domains
• Undestanding and hands on experience of developing AI agents with tool-calling capabilities
• Any knowledge of SOC or NOC processes and best practices is a plus.
• Experience with the configuration or networks or cybersecurity tools is considered a plus.
• Capable of independently finding solutions to complex problems
• Fast learner, able to assimilate new concepts and apply them in production environments
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Flexible and willing to travel for in-person presentations and workshops

Education and Certifications:

• IT engineering / computer science diploma of in final years
• Cybersecurity and Networking certifications and courses are considered a great plus
