What we're looking for

We are looking for a Growth Product Designer fresh from university with curiosity about user psychology and data-driven design. You'll have direct mentorship from our Growth Lead, collaboration with experienced developers, and access to real user data to guide every decision.

What you'll design: Mobile-first experiences that guide users from "hmm, interesting" to "yes, I need this" - landing pages, quiz flows, signup experiences, and user onboarding journeys.

Skills we're looking for:

• Understanding of user psychology - You know why people abandon forms, what makes content feel trustworthy, and how to reduce decision paralysis
• A/B testing mindset - You can form hypotheses like "If we reduce choices from 12 to 6, conversion will increase because of Hick's Law"
• Rapid prototyping skills - You can quickly test ideas in Figma or code without getting lost in pixel perfection
• Conversion Rate Optimization interest - You see every user interaction as an opportunity to guide people toward value
• Figma proficiency - for creating user flows and prototypes
• Nice to have: Basic web coding skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for rapid prototyping - sometimes the fastest way to test an idea is to build it yourself

Great if you've had experience designing signup flows, landing pages, or any experiences focused on guiding user decisions. If not, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
