xRise the 1st MultiversX Internship Program

Concept

A hands-on paid internship program, where 15 Information Technology students and recent graduates have the opportunity to learn by doing essential programming and testing skills, while working in the blockchain environment, to accomplish challenging and competitive team missions.

Goal and Open Positions

Through the program, we target to select and train 15 great interns that have very good skills in communication and teamwork and high technical and innovation potential with the end goal of hiring 7 exceptional MultiversX team members for the below roles:

Having 7 full time new hires at the end of the internship

Junior Software Developer Go VM Quality Engineer Junior Software Developer Rust Back-End Developer (NodeJS) Junior QA w. Go Smart Contracts Quality Engineer

Objectives

Increasing the awareness of the MultiversX brand across Romania, especially in the academic environment. Offering a realistic preview of our work environment to a team of 15 interns that get to learn, work and grow with our support during 10 weeks of on the job learning. Developing beginner tech skills and modeling communication and collaboration behaviors for a career kickstart in MultiversX. Expanding the MultiversX team with 7 of the brightest, most self driven and competitive interns, to be hired by the 15th of October 2024 in the API, Protocol, VM and Smart Contracts Teams.

Steps

The program is designed as follows: Preselection stage - 11 March - 30 April 2024 Selection stage - 22 March - 17 May 2024 Onboarding of interns - 17 May - 15 June 2024 Training program - 15 July - 20 September 2024 Onboarding of new hires - 20 September 2024 - 15th of October

Duration

The Internship training program in MultiversX will take place between Monday, the 15th of July and Friday, the 20th of September 2024, during the University Summer Vacation.
