🔍 What will you do?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design efficient data processing pipelines
• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Apache Spark, Python, and other relevant technologies
• Implement workflow orchestration and scheduling using Apache Airflow to automate data pipeline workflows
• Design and optimize data models for storage and retrieval in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redshift)
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and validate data quality, integrity, and consistency
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Gitlab) to manage codebase and collaborate with team members
• Assist in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of data processing tasks
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering

🎯 What makes you a great fit?

*Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Strong passion for technology and a desire to pursue a career in Data Domain * Basic understating of Python programming / scripting languages such as Python, Bash * Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) * Familiarity of Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools * Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Effective communication and teamwork abilities

✨ Bonus points if you have:

• Prior experience with cloud platforms and Data Engineering tools is a plus but not required, tools such as Apache Spark, Airflow.
