📍 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Trainee Consultant who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative technical environment. In this role, you will support application monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance while gradually gaining exposure to development processes and business requirements. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure application stability, assist in resolving incidents, and help improve system functionality while developing your technical and analytical skills.

🔍 What will you do?

Troubleshooting & Incident Support

• Assist the team in monitoring applications and identifying errors or anomalies.

• Help diagnose and document application issues under the guidance of senior team members.

• Participate in root cause analysis sessions and contribute to resolution documentation.

• Learn to follow incident management workflows and SLA processes.

Application Maintenance

• Support the team with routine application health checks and configuration updates.

• Assist with testing bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements before deployment.

• Help maintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

Development & Requirements Support

• Participate in meetings to understand how business needs are translated into development requests.

• Assist in drafting functional and technical specifications under supervision.

• Support testing activities, including preparing test cases and reporting defects.

Functional & Business Support

• Help respond to user inquiries and provide first-level guidance on application usage.

• Assist in preparing data extractions, reports, or ad-hoc analyses for business stakeholders.

• Observe and learn how technical teams interact with business users to solve operational challenges.

🎯 What makes you a great fit?

• Basic understanding of at least one programming language (Java or PHP preferred).

• Familiarity with relational databases and basic SQL queries.

• General understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux).

• Strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
