What You’ll Do
- Engage & Listen: Understand consumer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve Issues: Manage complaints efficiently, collaborating with team leaders for timely solutions.
- Document & Improve: Keep accurate records and suggest process improvements to enhance the consumer journey.
- Follow Through: Ensure cases are resolved and consumers stay informed.
- Learn & Grow: Participate in training sessions and support onboarding of new team members.
