The Opportunity

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for clean code and high-performance systems? We are looking for the next generation of Backend Engineers to join our intensive Go (Golang) Bootcamp. This isn't just a training course—it’s a fast track into our engineering team. You will spend several weeks diving deep into the Go ecosystem, concurrency patterns, and cloud-native architecture. At the end of the program, the top-performing participants will be offered a permanent Junior Software Engineer position within our core teams.

What We Are Looking For

• We value passion and proof of work over years of professional experience. To be eligible, you should have:
• Education: A completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's graduates/students are also welcome).
• A Portfolio: You must have a personal project portfolio (GitHub/GitLab) that demonstrates your ability to build and solve problems.
• Curiosity: A genuine interest in backend systems and the Go programming language.
• Foundations: A solid grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).

What You’ll Do

• Master Go: Move from basic syntax to advanced concurrency using Goroutines and Channels.
• Build Real Systems: Work on projects that mimic our production environment—dealing with APIs, databases, and microservices.
• Mentorship: Receive direct feedback and code reviews from our Senior Engineering staff.
